  Not a good Subway at all. I have been to ones in Jeffersonville, Seymour, Columbus, Bedford, Bloomington and Louisville that outright blow this place out of the water. When you pay 10 plus dollars for a footlong sub sometimes as much as 12 or 13 bucks you expect to get something on them. Not a crappy amount of loose chicken, a small portion of veggies, and a crap attitude out of the people that run the place. When I saw the owner chewing out people for a crappy minimum wage job made me decide to eat elsewhere. Yep, the person getting chewed out made a mistake but I bet they are told to cut the meat out and give you the bare minimum. That goes right to the top of the business which is also owned by the same guy that owns one in Palmyra and elsewhere. That's nonsense when you pay a good price for something for crappy amount of chicken or turkey or roast beef on a sub. They won't be getting any more of my business even if I have to drive 20 miles to Scottsburg and spend 10 bucks of gas. Screw em.

  I ordered on the app. I get there they tell me they dont have the personal pizza, then tells me they dont have the soups I ordered also. I spent almost like 40 bucks, and got 2 sandwiches. I tried to get a refund and theres no way of contacted them to get it. Now I understand why she told me Goodluck and hopes I can get a refund. They would not even replace it with anything else but a pizza sub. I dont eat that. Its definitely not worth the extra 15 bucks I spent on these items. I would NOT EVER recommend ordering on the app.

  It’s pretty sad when they don’t answer their phone you can’t order anything so yeah they’re getting a one star review from me. Mind you I called 4 times.

  Ordered 3 sandwiches all of them were wrong. There was 2 black hairs on one sandwich. After returning them and getting 2 of them remade. 1 of them had a black hair baked in to the cheese on the bread. Making a 3rd trip back to return it and the other one only to have yet another hair on the last sandwich! Manger laughed out loud saying (who is loosing hair today) 14.00 sandwiches and this kind of reaction. I will not be back to Salem store again.

  Had a dead fly wrapped in my sub. Picked it out and took picture for proof. I'd already eaten half of it before I found it, just glad I saw. Crazy to pay $15 for something that you can't eat. Walked in and told them, everyone just stared at me before who I assume was a manager piped up. He just looked around in the air and said "well tis the season" and when I started to walk away he offered to remake my sandwich, not refund it. Did he really think I'd want another when it had a fly in it? Don't go here, it's worth it to drive to a different one. Subway was good until they changed location. Also my fiance paid about $6 extra total for extra cheese and to add guacamole. They didn't put ANY cheese and no guacamole either
