  I ordered my sandwiches on the app and just pickup and go back to work and have always enjoyed the food until the last 3 months. Each time ive gone in the last 3 months the sandwiches are flattened and sloppy- way too moist for just having mayo. Im done going to this location.

  Went in to get me and my kids lunch. The manager I'm guessing was very rude to her employees. Was standing at the drive thru window going off and threatening someone in a car parked at the window. There was trash all over the counters and floors. You could tell the lobby hasn't been cleaned the line that our sandwiches were made on was disgusting and the customer service was really rude and rushy. Last time I tried to go in at 7:40 the same lady previously mentioned turned me away because they were shutting everything down they wanted to go home. I will never be going here again. Completely unacceptable the owner needs to clean this place up including managers and employees that don't take their job professional

  Went in two different times & both times food was sloppy & the workers are extremely lazy. Tonight around 7, we ordered, remained extremely patient as it took awhile to order, we didn’t even have our 4th sandwich ordered yet and the 2nd employee was trying to cash us out while we were still standing at the beginning of the line. She asked what we were going to order so she could cash us out. Weird that she couldn’t have waited. & they didn’t have anything stocked so they kept going to the fridge to grab items. The pickles were uncovered in the fridge & they looked disgusting when they set them out. Very dirty. I wanted to give them a second shot but will be driving to LaGrange or Kendallville from now on. They also turned away two customers after us around 7:40 because they were wanting to close early. The one employee asked me to go and tell them when we’re about to leave so she can lock the doors behind us. They were hiding around the corner the whole time so not sure how I was supposed to go and tell them..
