  The food was fine. My issue is that I had a coupon that I presented before I told them anything that I wanted and asked am I allowed to use this coupon? They said yes I told them what sandwiches I wanted to order. They didn’t say anything about there being a problem. Then I get to the register and my total is $21 instead of 1299 Like I expect because one of the sandwiches I got was not eligible for the coupon which nobody told me until I got to the point where it’s like you’re gonna pay for these or not and to be clear I don’t blame the young lady that made the sandwich sandwiches. I fully blame management because they didn’t take care of the customers nor did they train their employee correctly.

  Just go in person if you want to get want you want. I was given a chicken wrap out of spite one night. Thanks for the free chicken!

  It takes 10 years for them to make 2 sandwiches then when you wait for 13 min in line they ignore you and start making DoorDash subs wouldn’t recommend

  I can't remember the last time I gave a a 3 on a review. Needless to say I was disappointed with the lack of customization allowed on Protein Pockets at this location. Every other Subway that we go to has no problem with subbing Mayo instead of Honey Mustard. Apparently they can remove ingredients but cannot add anything. Literally those were the words spoken. So instead of just picking up the mayo bottle instead of the honey mustard they gave us a mayo packet. So we had to undo their folding of the wrap and add it ourselves and then fold back up.
