I will never use this store again. One of my packages did not make it back to Amazon and now I’m being charged for that package. I’ve tried to call the store four different times and send an email with no response. I’ve called multiple times different times of the day. No one will answer the phone. They lost my business.

Literally the worst UPS store ever. Charged me for a box even though I returned the item in the EXACT two boxes it was shipped in… this same store refuses to send usps even though UPS corporate told me that is REQUIRED for all stores…🤷🏻‍♀️
