  The two guys who were working were very friendly and prepared our sandwiches exactly as requested. We each bought the 6-inch sub of the day (black forest ham) and were very pleased with our meal. The two sandwiches cost us less than $10.

  The last 3 times I have gone through the drive thru for a quick convenient order, my sandwich has been completely wrong, I figured it was due to rush hours and didn't complain this time it wasn't very busy at all and I repeated my order twice at the speaker then at the window had to repeatedly remind them what I needed, I ordered a foot long on Italian herbs and cheese toasted with rotisserie chicken and Xtra pepper jack chz with lettuce, pickle, onion, and black olives w/ a little bit of ranch, 6 cookies and a MTN Dew. I went to pay and the guy at the window repeated my order as "stripped" chicken I tried to correct him that it was rotisserie chicken and he said "yeah" what I received: foot long on Italian herbs and chz with sweet onion chicken teriyaki (doesn't appear to have any cheese) with cucumber jalapenos lettuce and onion and definitely no ranch but some other sauce and enough sauce the veggies might as well be swimming and the whole sandwich was soggy... And overall customer service was terrible, I have worked customer service and I'm very patient and understanding but I felt as if I was being rushed by the guy that handed me my sandwich when I was still waiting for the rest of my order

  Serenity doesn’t listen at all everytime we come in here she doesn’t care to listen to what we want and just gives us what she wants. I asked for cheese she puts it on there and then takes it off, my fiance got a footlong she cuts it in half and he says that’s fine that it’s cut I’ll take it, she gets rid of one half of the sub so he was left with a 6” .

  Ordered online went to go pick up sandwiches, got home and they had the wrong veggies on the wrong sandwiches. Called and took the sandwiches back, they remade the order, got home and still missing toppings. Called back and the girl told her the sandwiches were still wrong and they barely put any lettuce on it. She replies"she made them the way the order read on the receipt, hun" Advised her that she "needs to read the receipts better because mine was missing toppings, hun." Plus this sandwich was not toasted either. Took us a long time after the last debacle of sandwiches they messed up, so now won't be going back. Don't call someone that is old enough to be your mom "hun"! Admit you screwed up.

  The sandwich wasn't cut, there is a hole in the sandwich, service was terrible, the sandwich was unreasonabley uncared for. The sandwich has the things falling out of it since it was just stuffed in. The sandwich tasted good but it's not about the taste, it's about care. Bread is also slightly toasted, and the sandwich was crumbling to not being able to eat anymore.
