  Ordered online went to go pick up sandwiches, got home and they had the wrong veggies on the wrong sandwiches. Called and took the sandwiches back, they remade the order, got home and still missing toppings. Called back and the girl told her the sandwiches were still wrong and they barely put any lettuce on it. She replies"she made them the way the order read on the receipt, hun" Advised her that she "needs to read the receipts better because mine was missing toppings, hun." Plus this sandwich was not toasted either. Took us a long time after the last debacle of sandwiches they messed up, so now won't be going back. Don't call someone that is old enough to be your mom "hun"! Admit you screwed up.

  The sandwich wasn't cut, there is a hole in the sandwich, service was terrible, the sandwich was unreasonabley uncared for. The sandwich has the things falling out of it since it was just stuffed in. The sandwich tasted good but it's not about the taste, it's about care. Bread is also slightly toasted, and the sandwich was crumbling to not being able to eat anymore.

  I don't leave reviews often on anything, but the 4 people that were working tonight 5/16/26 you all were the best that have been in here in a long time! I have had a very long day/week at work and everyone one of you were just awesome! I truly appreciate that! I work in retail and I understand getting overwhelmed, but WOW! You guys were just great! You all deserve a raise! Thank you so much!

  3 cars on the parking lot. 2 out front 1 at the pick up window. 1 at speaker when I got there. Sat there 10 minutes they told the guy I'll be with you shortly he left. I sat there for at least 10 minutes they finally greeted me and told me the same thing. 2 more cars behind me leave. My order is finally taken and I'm told to pull to the window. The same car is still at the window that was there when I pulled on the lot. I am being held hostage in the drive thru second car from the window can't leave. Still here going on a half an hour. Same car still at the window as when I pulled on the lot. This is beyond ridiculous. I will never return.
