  I'm so happy I stopped in here and I absolutely Love my new cell phone. My daughter loves hers too. The younger gal that helped me was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing, fast service and she was able to basically download everything from my old phone such as pics and apps to my new phone. I'm a very pleased. Clean, cute little business.

  Great service and help. There was a young man there that helped me fix my phone and got me set up with some stuff for my kids. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about what accessories could help me in my day to day while dealing with children. All in all it was one of my best experiences at a cell phone store. Will definitely be going back and sending anyone that needs help thank you cricket and Mr. Jay.

  So helpful- I’ve honestly had some subpar customer service from my wireless providers in the past, but this Cricket branch was just the opposite. Thank you for providing the kind of care that should be the norm.
