  I’m upset because my Subway in North Vernon Indiana refused to honor the deal that was on the app. They said they were privately owned and did not have to honor those deals. Then why accept orders from the app? It is false advertising and we will not frequent this store again. Honoring the deal seems like it would cost less than a very unhappy customer that won’t purchase food there again.

  Workers are not friendly the one girl had to be told twice what to put on the sandwiches. The deli case was dirty and then when looking behind the deli area when getting a drink the floor was disgusting looked like it had not been cleaned all day. And the prices are outrageous for two 6inch meals it was $40

  The inside is new, but not well managed. We came in to eat and not one table was clean. Not a great experience with the food either.

  The staff here are great! They are super friendly and patient. There was a mistake with my order and they knew what happened as soon as I came back and told them what sub I ordered. They were very quick to fix it without any hassle. Best subway I have ever been too, even with a minor mess up. Very professional. The new building looks great as well.
