  First time here! Zack the supervisor who was taking care of customers was very efficient. He was friendly and made sure that he greeted the customers and offered his help if there was a need. The food was fabulous. That mango habanero sauce was fire but I liked it. Then the corn! I thought it was just a regular canned corn but it was on a cob. Love it!

  Not impressed. 2nd time ordering, hoping the first was just new store jitters. First time had missing food. Let it go knowing they were new. Months later, tried again. Neither employee working wore gloves while handling food. They continued to touch clothing (wiping hands on shirt/ pants), and cellphone while working. Health Department would have words for this. Poor management. Train your employees. Don't have employees talk bad about other customer orders in front of waiting customers. Chicken quality is really bad. Half the order was skin and bone... no meat. Pretty upsetting for the amount of money spent what you get in return. Done with this place.

  Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve ordered from here 2 times, and both times they have forgotten my ranch. Keep in mind I ordered EXTRA. I hate to be that type of person but 2 times is kind of stupid. We had a guy who was on his second shift, and I know it’s hard especially for being new and I respect the hustle, but please learn to always remember the sauce. And this isn’t to harp on the workers it’s just infuriating when it’s been a long day and you want to eat wingstop but you don’t get the ranch you ordered.

  I was disappointed with my order. The chicken didn’t taste fresh and the quality wasn’t good. The fries were also undercooked and lacked flavor. Overall, the food didn’t meet my expectations, and I hope the restaurant improves its food quality and consistency.

  I ordered late at night, around 9:30 pm. I ordered 2 things of 8x Boneless Mild Wings with fries. Got there, food was waiting for me and I was the only customer there so I was able to get in and get out which was nice. Issue is, I got home and opened the bag to find both baskets of fries upside down and only 1 box of wings. So I wasted my money buying two boxes of wings and I have ordered from other locations before, carried my bags in many different ways, never have I spilled the fries once. Very upsetting.
