  Dee is amazing. He was willing to assist me for 40 minutes and I very much appreciate that! I’m dealing with a 3rd party resale app that doesn’t believe I dropped off a package at this location since the package incidentally was lost in transit, totally not this locations fault btw. Dee was able to look into this and provide me with evidence of my drop off other than a receipt. Thank you so much, Dee!

  The people working here today very nice kind efficient polite people…..good store. The only issue is bad ingress egress to get back onto 146th street. That’s a first world problem, so lucky to have good people here to help. Many thanks kindly and double.

  All UPS stores are not created equal!! Mundy Dr have the best employees!! Professional, kind, friendly & man do they get things DONE and done correctly!!!! Not to get in the weeds too much but the HTC store failed huge on a job for us. Mundy (my normal store) not only knocked my printing project out of the park but did it with a smile all while the store was slammed with Amazon returns!

  I experienced delight of working with a friendly, accommodating, and most professional manager, Jenn at this store this morning. I had an intensely complicated 15 box shipment from my business that had to get out today. I could not have done it without Jenn's help.
