  Lady at the Front was slow I was 2nd in line and took 45 mins to get to me and then proceeded to be useless to help me when all I needed was a copy.

  I always have a great experience with UPS. The Tegler store is the greatest. I get consistent wonderful customer service!

  Danny is phenomenal. This location has been having internet issues for a little bit now and he had a big line today while it was down and he handled it so professionally and kindly . I asked him why they don’t shut the store down because it isn’t fair to him to have him working when he can’t serve customers. I then watched as he continued to have internet issues but tried his very best to get it fixed and he ran through the line very quickly once done. This young man had better customer service than 99% of employees I have seen. Like seriously get this boy a promotion!

  The my favorite UPS location. Super kind and efficient staff. I called ahead because I was in a hurry and needed several pages printed and laminated to be ready by the time I arrived and they were so sweet to work with me! 10/10
