    Ordered a sandwich from here and they gave me no cheese and instead put mayonnaise along with another sauce I did not want. I had to throw it out.

    Well it started out at the drive-thru. We waited for some to say something on the speaker. But they never said anything. We went inside and was ready to order. Well again no body showed up. We went to the restroom and when we came out. Suprise someone was there. We ordered basic protein wraps and I asked for water. Then I told him 3 time to go ahead and give me the cups so we could fill them while he makes the wraps. Well when he brought the wraps to the register I paid for them and then I had to ask again for the cups. I had noticed while making our wraps that he had an earbud and was talking to someone while he was making the food. I just don't like people talking while making things. To easy to spit. Bathroom was filthy. So I can imagine what the back kitchen looks like.

    One star didn’t have fresh lettuce and very soggy and couldn’t understand them took so long to get to us and very disrespectful

    I ordered in the app and it sent my order to this location. This location is not near me. So I tried to cancel in the app. There is no way. So I called the location to ask the gentleman who answered if I could cancel it. He not only was rude to me. Cutting me off and not letting me talk but he hung up on me 3 times. The 2nd and 3rd time I called I was asking to speak to someone else. He was very unprofessional.
