  The people who work here are great. Cricket is just absolutely awful to work with if the in-perwon employees can't fix your problem. My 2025 Razr locks every 5 minutes because of the stupid device unlock app that does not function properly on Motorola phones. The call center won't do anything about it. Don't waste your time with Cricket, spend the extra $8 for T-Mobile or something. Maybe if they start honoring device warranties or fixing their apps it'll be worth it, but until then it's pure frustration.
