  Went to subway in New Haven and got two sandwiches. First off we had to order through the drive through bc we had a baby and didn’t wanna have to drag her out of the car. Second when we went through the drive thru, we had to basically get out of the car and put out head to the speaker, the amount of times I said “what” you’d think he would have spoke up. But I paid $18 for two sandwiches that look like shit. Everything is falling out of my sandwich’s on my hands. Maybe wouldn’t of bothered me if he gave me napkins… it’s not that hard to wrap a sandwich, I do it all the time when I don’t finish it and it’s always nice and tight, when I pulled my sandwich out of the bag, if I would have grabbed it any other way my sandwich would be all over the bag. Ridiculous.

  What is the point of putting instructions in the order to wrap each footlong into individual six-inch submission when they are just going to blatantly ignore them?

  Honestly if I could rate lower I would. I ordered my sandwich online and put specific instructions and it was more than half of my ingredients. I’m not gonn sit here and pay extra for something when yall can’t even do the sandwich right. Oh and then we were told to pull around to the door and they’ll bring it out and then we sat there for 10 minutes waiting. So we finally decided to go in and see what was going on and it was just sitting there. That’s ridiculous. Do better please

  Every time I go to this location, I get terrible service. The people don’t even listen literally just sent my husband for lunch gave them everything literally written down and they still got the freaking order wrong. They never answered their phone. I don’t know if there’s incompetent people working at this location, but it really irritates me. Terrible Service and I will be calling the corporate line
