  We've had our home and autos covered with Allstate for 12 years and my 17 year old granddaughter lives with us and we added her to our policy and the rate is amazing!!

  Been a rough two weeks and my AllState team has been amazing. There is no real way to acknowledge the care and attention to my circumstances that has been provided by Molly. I feel blessed despite being at the cause of my current circumstances, to have her on my side. I am truly grateful and humbled by the level of support I’ve been given. Thank you!

  Price increased 500+ dollars because of drive wise. It doesn’t record trips properly and claims I’m doing hard braking on the interstate at 3 in the morning. It also dings me for be on my way to work at 3am. Don’t let them talk you into getting that app because it can help you save! I just got a way cheaper quote from Progressive on auto and home and will be going to them in the next few days. This agency wants you to take a survey about how they did and can’t do anything for you except increase your deductible when your price goes up more than 500 dollars. I might as well sell my home and live out of my car if it’s going to cost more than my homeowners insurance! Not in good hands!

  Made a change to my policy online. It was to mirror my other vehicles that had full coverage comp and collision. 2 weeks after making change hit a deer and they claimed i only had full coverage on collision not comp and denied my claim. Was a customer of Garrett's for years but he is shady as heck. Steer clear of this agency at all cost. A 2500 claim cost him a policy on a million dollar property and over 15 cars. His loss was paying over 600 a month with him went to Travelers and cut premium in half 295.00.
