  This has nothing to do with the store but the local driver, they keep dropping my packages off at a neighbor when you can see the proper house on the package tracker and where they delivered it not being the proper address, it happens consistently and it’s hitting a point I can’t stand, my house numbers are next to my front door, the geo location is correct, your driver just either keeps ignoring it or needs to focus on their map, the customer support just gives me the run around and I can’t talk to a human until Monday. I bet the store is fine this is a driver and corporate issue I just have no other way currently of contacting UPS because they basically made it a huge song and dance to just tell them please get your driver to deliver to the right house. I have to go to addresses I don’t know for my job and I could get into a lot of trouble if I consistently did the wrong house. Once or twice I’d understand but this happens consistently and I’d like it to stop, I’m sorry innocent store workers for the bad review, blame corporate and the dog and pony show of a customer service set up. It keeps trying to direct me to Amazon but UPS delivered the package to the wrong house, the packages delivered by Amazon today came to the right house. If my issue was with Amazon I’d go to Amazon . This picture was taken in the evening and you can still see the house numbers pretty easy, jeez, do better delivery driver, do better. Store team, you’re stellar. MY NUMBER IS 7607 NOT 7601 ITS 2 HOUSES DOWN

  Curious how the package dimensions and weight increase after the dropoff, even when the measurements are printed on the box. Edit: Subtracted a star for the owner's condescending reply. Be sure to accurately document your package size and weight when dropping packages here.

  Superb customer service!!! The store manager is consistently helpful and kind. There's an associate name Tré who represents the store perfectly. They remember the customer's and take note of our customer needs. The store stays clean and organized. Having this store in the area has been very instrumental to my shipping needs. Thank you!
