    This store has a reputation of not owning up to their own mistakes! Make a $175 mistake which they agree was their mistake and that they would take care of but yet they do not. They evade calls and refuse to pay for their mistake. Broken promises are had business. If I could give 0 star since this store refuses to do their job properly I would but it makes me give at least 1 star. Employees need to pay attention to what they are doing. How does an employee even put the wrong label on these boxes and let them go out that way? Why isn't the store fixing this issue like they promised?

    They put the wrong label on my friends package and sent it out causing the goods to be lost. They agreed it was their fault over a month ago and giving me the run around to the point of being rude and saying it's not their fault now. Shes now been told it’s her fault…. How is she to blame when shes not the one behind the counter?? How incompetent do you have to be to print a sticker and place it on an item? Double check, no triple check your work because you’ve cost people money. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE Hello FedEx!!!

    My friend went to ship a package. She emailed them a label. They printed the wrong label that someone else emailed them and said "thanks goodbye!" And didnt confirm anything. Buffalo Wild Wings does a better job confirming orders than this place does. They said they would refund and they haven't, they keep ignoring. Front desk lady is extremely rude and needs to be fired.

    If I could give a lower than 1 star I would. My wife sent a package through this location. She sent the label to their email and they printed the wrong label stuck it on the package and didn't verify the weights, demensions, name, address, or anything with my wife that it was correct before walking away with the package. They just gave her a receipt and later she found out it was sent to the wrong location, which being a perishableitem it was ruined. We filed a claim with their store since they openly admitted they messed up. Checked in every week for 3 weeks and then haven't gotten any additional information or update and still have not recieved a refund regarding the matter. I've attempted to reach them gave them my name and number for 3 weeks straight and have gotten no response in email nor phone call regarding the matter. I called today and was told the manager was not in and they dont know when they'll be in. I've called the 1800 number for ups and they directed me back to that store to handle thus getting the run around. It's ridiculous that you follow through with the right steps you need to get a matter resolved and nothing comes out of it.

    I've been taking packages here often and I took a package in April. I email them my labels since I don't have a printer and they acted like they knew me and printed a label and took the package walking away telling me they got it. Only to find out later they put the wrong label on (for a 3lb item and my box was 17lbs) and since it was a perishable item sent to a very different state, it was ruined. I'm out $175 and my customer isn't happy. The store said it was their fault and would give us the $175 but for the past 3 weeks haven't been returning call and being rude when we do call for any updates. We have done everything asked of us at this point and now they're just telling us it was our fault after 2 months of agreeing it was their mistake. I've even shipped out more packages since and they still walk away, we have to tell them to stop and confirm it with us so they're still not checking their labels!
