  the process was very fast, easy, and reliable. the UPS i went to and the gal that did my order was a little non energetic or at least interactive but she help me get the job done

  The wrong instructions were chosen online for the UPS carrier to leave my package at my buildings office, but the office closes at 5:00 and I was under the assumption that I had correctly chose "leave at my door." I called, and UPS was very quick to remedy the issue. I talked with a kind agent that handed me over to the local processing facilities higher ups, who called the UPS driver on my route, Katie/Katy and asked what happened. She explained and said she would gladly turn around and attempt to redeliver the package to me, although she did not have to. I hope Katie gets much more than just praise at work for going above and beyond and is treated WELL and RIGHT by management and everyone she meets on her route. Thank you!!!

  AGAIN this store messed up a delivery! This is 2 in nearly as many months. First it was they lost a package by giving it to someone else. It came back WEEKS later opened. They didn't care. Filed a BBB complaint & at least got a refund for the cost of the package. NOW another package was delivered 11 July and NOTHING was in my box--no package, no slip saying I got a package. How hard it is to get it right? So I've filed with the BBB & Corporate AGAIN! Utter incompetence. Avoid if possible. Note to manager: You'll need to go through BBB & Corporate. I dealt with you directly last time & you did nothing but give excuses.
