    I usually never have any issues with this location. However, my coworkers and I placed mobile orders individually today. I went to pick up the orders. One of the orders was missing. I thought it was no big deal, maybe they were working on it. I waited and waited. An employee asked who's order I was waiting on. She looked and said she didn't have the ticket and just walked away. I waited some more. Another employee came over to ask which order I was waiting on. I told her. She said she didn't have the ticket and then said "Sorry bout ya. I'm busy." I called my coworker to confirm what name the order was under and that the order was placed at the correct location. Everything was right. My coworker was charged twice for the order she never got. When she called the store, they told her to request the refund on the app. The app says you have to request a refund from the store. She called the store again and was again unsuccessful in getting a refund or her order (charged twice for). I understand restaurants get busy at lunch time, but just because you might have 20 customers, that doesn't make it ok to treat even just one poorly.

    If you had a 0, I would put rate it that way! It says 'subways made your way', but apparently, not today! I was told because it's Sunday, I was told "NO, you can't have extra lettuce or any extra vegetables! Because, it's Sunday, and we haven't restocked, and we are busy!" She yelled at me over just asking, for a little extra lettuce. My husband, asked for an All American club, which has ham, turkey and bacon. The woman helping him, repeated what he asked for. And she put roast beef on it. When my husband said it doesn't come with roast beef, she said, "oh yea it does!" He said, I asked for the All American club. She said "no you asked for the regular club." He said, No ma'am! She then threw, the roast beef back into the container and grabbed the bacon. She than walked away! The only nice one, was the young girl that rang us up!

    Logan waters a white boy prolly abt 6ft said and i quote he would give me his 3incher with extra mayo when i said that even the 6 inch sub was to filling for me

    I did not realize this Subway had built a new building. A little off the main road, but still convenient and less busy, so faster service.
