  The pink-haired, female worker was too busy talking on the phone through her airpods to actually answer the store’s phone— and actually hung up on me the first time I tried to call. I then had to call the hospital itself just to find out how to get to this place. She had lazily thrown the sandwich bag on the counter, didn’t bother to exchange pleasantries or even acknowledge me at first. I’m a delivery driver, I get it. I’d understand if you were having a bad night. But don’t bring an attitude like that to work if you’re just going to be blatantly uncaring about your job, and treat other customers that aren’t nurses/doctors differently.

  The woman who works here with the black hair (she was on shift tonight at 8:40 when I went in) is rude and hateful. She talks to people like they are stupid and is very disrespectful. We ordered our sub and as we were considering what bread and stuff we wanted she looked at us and just went “Ooookay?” Looked at us like we were dumb and then proceeded to elongate all her words and talk to us like we are children. We are grown adults. Please retrain your staff and let them know that treating customers rudely isn’t part of customer service. :)

  I have had issues of the food making me sick due to the odd way they make the sandwiches here. Today the lady who was working was extremely rude and nearly brought me to tears over me trying to speak up because i have ibs so certain ways of making things make me physically ill and this subway is the only one in over 20 years to make me sick. I'll update if i don't end up throwing up this sandwich but I'll just go.to a different one after this. The sandwich had skimpy veggies and was spicy for a sandwich with no spicy anything on it. If you have a choice don't go here 4 times is to.many
