  As others have said the tall lady that works here is extremely rude and aggressive towards customers. The other two guys I worked with have been totally fine in that there system on the printer for some reason won’t read all the papers that you send to the email. I have been in the past six times and I’ve had to go to the counter because they don’t send, so they end up taking my code and printing it for me. It’s never been an issue so instead of sitting there trying to bash my head against the wall. I just go to the front now because I know it’s not going to read all the files I’m sending it. This whole lady was super rude. Didn’t wanna believe me I guess? Tried charging me a surcharge got snappy with me that their system was down and they didn’t take cash and when I asked why she was treating me this way as I had never been treated this way by any of the other staff, she replied with “you didn’t even try to use the printer“. Lady, I’ve tried the past six times to use that printer and every time it has messed up and I’ve had to go to the front, I was just bypassing a step and coming to the front because I know it’s still not fixed. Either way I called corporate and made a whole thing about it. I hope to have a follow up with them tomorrow and have something happen to this lady because I’ve witnessed her be rude to several other people and it seems like she is rude to other people who have made reviews here as well. I hope something is done about her attitude. Maybe she can go work on a farm or something where it doesn’t matter if she’s rude to customers.

  Your driver, Ryan Webb, is posting a lot of hate speech against women, mothers and struggles with mental health. He is using the Lindsay Clancy trial as a platform to hate on women. I wouldn't want him arriving at my home with a delivery, the man seems very hostile and unstable.

  1/5 stars — Blatant disregard for clearly marked fragile equipment I brought in an $1,800 piece of equipment marked "FRAGILE — KEEP UPRIGHT — DO NOT LAY ON SIDE" in plain, unmissable print. The employee handling my package ignored those instructions entirely, laying the box on its side and flipping it upside down right in front of me. When I calmly pointed this out, I was met with a completely nonchalant attitude, as if damaging expensive equipment was none of his concern. The box arrived with a ripped corner and three broken internal plastic protectors — direct, visible damage caused by mishandling that could have been avoided by simply reading the box. When I raised my voice out of frustration and i did get very mad at the blantant disregard for the fragile wording on the box being ignored (after starting the conversation politely, I might add), the employee refused to release my own, already-paid-for merchandise to me. What followed made things worse, not better. The manager arrived, looked at the box sitting upside down on its side, heard me explain that this was fragile equipment, and still sided completely with the employee. I ultimately had to tell them I would call the police just to get my own paid merchandise released to me — something that never should have been necessary. This is not a case of one bad employee — it's a case of a manager reinforcing that behavior instead of correcting it. Zero accountability, zero care for customer property, and a situation that escalated to threatening police involvement simply to retrieve merchandise I had already paid for. If you're shipping anything fragile or valuable, I'd strongly recommend avoiding this location.

  Lied about my Mercari package dimensions even though they are on the box. Cost me $25 extra dollars because of their fraud.

  I walked into FedEx Office on McGalliard in Muncie, IN after leaving Staples where I was told they could not reduce down a photo of my husband to fit into a charm giving several excuses why they could not. I was greeted by Melissa who happily took on my project. Within 5 minutes she had exactly what I needed done. Thank you Melissa!! My granddaughter will graduate with the picture of her Papaw on her cap. Melissa showed great customer service!!
