  I walked into FedEx Office on McGalliard in Muncie, IN after leaving Staples where I was told they could not reduce down a photo of my husband to fit into a charm giving several excuses why they could not. I was greeted by Melissa who happily took on my project. Within 5 minutes she had exactly what I needed done. Thank you Melissa!! My granddaughter will graduate with the picture of her Papaw on her cap. Melissa showed great customer service!!

  The only thing this store exist to do is rip you off. They do not work. I switched from prepaid to their cellular service two weeks ago and it has been an absolute nightmare. They pressured us into take “free” watches that don’t even work on their network and now expect me to pay 300 dollars a piece for them: when I took them back to return them they threatened to call the police on me

  Absolutely the worst company i have dealt with. I bought a holster for my duty weapon and these guys didn't deliver it. Ive tried calling and putting in a ticket and they have stated that they couldn't find it. I also have a heck of a time reaching an actual person. I will never ship through this company.
