  I went to Cricket with my heart set on one particular phone and was heartbroken when I learned that phone was no longer available. As I turned to leave, Troy suggested that he could order the phone for me, so I stayed. And, even though he was not able to order the phone after all, he did not stop trying. He went above and beyond, staying past closing time and worked some magic to get me the exact phone I wanted and I couldn't be happier! Thank You Soo Much Troy!! Cricket of Muncie has an exceptional manager, Troy King!!

  To say the staff is rude would be a monumental understatement. They will lie to avoid acknowledging their own ignorance. If you dispute anything they become verbally abusive. We specifically requested all of our bills for several lines of service be set to be due on the same date. After being assured they would be, two of the phones had service suspended although the bill was"supposed' to be due the same day as the remaining lines. When confirmed with the fact they deceived us we were told we would be charged extra for the disruption of service. When we refused, the staff became verbally abusive. Never go to this store. And know that you can get cheaper and better service from visible by Verizon. As anyone can see, the only response you get is a canned response. Nothing is actually done, nor will you get any contact by a real person. Go to another company people. You'll get much better service.
