  My dad and I have been going to this Advance Auto for quite some time, all of the people in there are wonderful and so willing to help, like Chris with several different problems in our cars, and Zachary who helped us replace the battery in my car and helped us figure out what else could be wrong in it

  Zachary S. is very knowledgeable and helpful! I was given a diagnostic test on a faulty alternator from a local business in Muncie. Had a feeling it was incorrect. Drove straight to AAP and he ran the free diagnostic test, it was just a battery issue. We replaced the battery and he had me drive on the battery for a second diagnostic test. All came back with a green light concerning the battery, starter and most importantly the alternator saving me from a fraudulent repair quote of over $1,000+ A sincere thank you to Zachary S. for assessing, solving the problem and confirming that my intuition was right. Fantastic customer service!

  connor at the register was very helpful in exchanging a product we accidentally purchased in the wrong size. he made sure to get the exchange taken care of and made sure the new product we chose was correct. :^)
