  Awhile back I needed a new clutch cable for my Harley and purchased a kit at advance- when I finally got around to motorcycle mechanic to come put the part on I was told the kit wasn’t the correct one- the assistant manager Zach was the nicest man doing the return even though a small piece was missing- that same day I returned the product I lost my keys in my (messy) van and was freaking hysterical in the parking lot he came out to help me and to calm me down- I don’t know why it took me so long to write a review but the man is too teir amazing and I appreciate him a lot for helping a stressed out woman! Not many good people working out here and able to keep a smile with customers who are a bit difficult but he was more than successful- he helped me remember the light by shining his Thank you Zach for your amazing management

  I need to take just a couple minutes to talk about my experience at the advanced auto store on Tillison Avenue in Muncie, Indiana. I was in Muncie to help my aunt clean up after the historic flooding that took place, While I was there, of course my truck had a few issues that I needed help with because of the year my truck was built. There’s some oddball parts on the thing they have some 2016 parts some 2017 parts and some 2018 parts which makes it difficult to figure out what I need For the identical parts needed to do any repairs. This is not an easy task and often I run into issues with sales people getting frustrated and not understanding what I’m going through myself. Zach and the team at the Tilletts in advanced Auto did their very best to help me get the parts I needed. It was a two day process and come to find out that I can’t even order the parts I need from the manufacturer any longer. However, because this team went above and beyond out of their way to help me, try to get my truck fixed before getting back on the road to Tennessee advanced Auto has earned a customer for life. If this is how they treat me some random stranger from out of state in a time of need and understanding this team all needs raises and I highly recommend that if you need any kind of specialized help in tracking down a car part a truck part or just buying your standard oil change kit take the time to shop with Zack and his team at advanced Auto Tillson. You will not regret the Customer Service in a time when Customer Service service is all forgotten and the value of the money you’re spending means nothing to most cashiers and employees. This is the place to be. They know exactly how to treat their customers while I was there. I witnessed Zack help other customers and he treated everyone with the same exact respect that he was giving me. If I could give them more than five stars, I would

  My dad and I have been going to this Advance Auto for quite some time, all of the people in there are wonderful and so willing to help, like Chris with several different problems in our cars, and Zachary who helped us replace the battery in my car and helped us figure out what else could be wrong in it

  Zachary S. is very knowledgeable and helpful! I was given a diagnostic test on a faulty alternator from a local business in Muncie. Had a feeling it was incorrect. Drove straight to AAP and he ran the free diagnostic test, it was just a battery issue. We replaced the battery and he had me drive on the battery for a second diagnostic test. All came back with a green light concerning the battery, starter and most importantly the alternator saving me from a fraudulent repair quote of over $1,000+ A sincere thank you to Zachary S. for assessing, solving the problem and confirming that my intuition was right. Fantastic customer service!
