  Sincerely thankful for Michelle at the McGalliard Road location in Muncie, IN. She was extremely helpful over the phone and when I walked into the store a few minutes later, she greeted me like a friend. Michelle went above and beyond assisting me with a burned-out headlight. I was on my way in less than 10 minutes with my issue solved. Thank you, Michelle!

  Shout out to employee, Travis, at the Muncie Indiana McGalliard store location. I went to the store to have my wiper blades replaced under the extended warranty. He had not done that type of transaction before. His persistence was admirable and he even installed the new blades for me. Great example of good customer service.

  Every time I’ve visited this Advanced Auto Parts, the customer service has been wonderful. I’m no Gear Head and I’ve found their staff to be super helpful and friendly. I don’t even pretend to know what I’m doing anymore, I go in, tell the first employee I see what’s going on, and let them help with the rest. I literally spent $12 today and was treated like their most valued customer. Thanks, Owen!
