  Shout out to employee, Travis, at the Muncie Indiana McGalliard store location. I went to the store to have my wiper blades replaced under the extended warranty. He had not done that type of transaction before. His persistence was admirable and he even installed the new blades for me. Great example of good customer service.

  Every time I’ve visited this Advanced Auto Parts, the customer service has been wonderful. I’m no Gear Head and I’ve found their staff to be super helpful and friendly. I don’t even pretend to know what I’m doing anymore, I go in, tell the first employee I see what’s going on, and let them help with the rest. I literally spent $12 today and was treated like their most valued customer. Thanks, Owen!

  I came in because I had purchased windshield wipers and one of them was broken. I’m a college student and have no idea about how to fix cars. Michelle was so kind and came out to look just to make sure. She fixed the issue in 5 minutes and was so happy to do so! Such an amazing experience. Thank you!

  Stopped on a very cold night with a dying battery just a few minutes before the store closed. Andrew and his associate could have very easily told me they were closing. They didn't! Andrew went to work to get me taken care of. Knowledgeable, friendly and the install was very efficient with care taken to test everything afterward. Excellent service! Thanks Andrew!
