I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway. I found a bug in my food, which is obviously unacceptable. When I went back to return it and let the staff know, they didn’t seem surprised or concerned at all, which made the situation even worse. There was no real apology or sense of urgency. Cleanliness and food safety should be taken seriously, and this experience completely turned me off from coming back.

I got the sub club and the vegetables and meat tasted old along with not enough meat on it either. Probably the worst sandwich I have ever eaten, and I live to far to just go back and return it.

Don’t follow simple instructions when making orders on the app. Two sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and they were cold. We waited for them to finish making them and went it to grab. Should’ve been fresh and warm. Not cold!
