    I was shock by two housekeeping staff members who were assigned to my room during my recent stay. While other employees at the hotel were polite and professional, these two individuals displayed repeatedly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior over the course of two days. The issues include: 1. Entering my room without knocking on two consecutive days. On the first day, they unlocked the door and walked in without knocking. I reminded them that they must knock before entering. However, the next day, while I was in a meeting, they again attempted to enter without knocking. Because of the previous incident, I had locked the top latch, which prevented them from opening the door. I was startled and immediately opened the door to address the issue, but the staff member, clearly aware that someone was inside, became frightened and hid in the stairwell as if I wouldn’t see him. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and frankly absurd. 2. They did not perform basic housekeeping tasks unless specifically requested. They would not vacuum the floor unless I asked. They would not make the bed unless I asked. This is far below the standard I expect from hotel housekeeping. 3. Displaying visible displeasure and speaking loudly in a non‑English language in front of me. After staying for two days, my bed became messy, and when I asked them to tidy it, both employees showed clear dissatisfaction on their faces. They then spoke loudly to each other in a non‑English language right in front of me, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and shocking. Although other staff members were courteous, the rude and unprofessional behavior of the two housekeeping employees assigned to my room for two consecutive days made my stay very unpleasant.

    Pros: • The breakfast was included and was at a reasonable time. • The gym was well stocked and a lot bigger than I thought. • The room was surprisingly spacious. • The bed was comfortable. • The A/C worked well and the room stayed cold when it was on. •The room was relatively quiet. Cons: • The room was only “sight-cleaned”. • Was jumpscared when taking a bath at the soap holder when it had mold and gunk all underneath it. •There was small bugs that kept appearing in the room.

    Nice rooms, called down for some blankets and pillows and was told to come get them at the desk you would think with a sofa bed they would leave those things in the room but whatever, was most excited for the pool and hot tub beings I spent $500 for a weekend just to be told they are out of order because their under maintenance, kinda expected some sort of discount but again whatever the rooms clean and comes with free breakfast so ide give it an overall 3.5 outa 5 stars

    I stayed here for a business trip and honestly am very disappointed. When I entered my room I switched on the light switch and nothing happened. I went to the main part of the room and instantly noticed a stain on the couch. The bed looked clean and decent but I’d be lying if I say I didn’t check it for bedbugs first. Then I went to the bathroom where the real issues began. It was honestly gross including but not limited to standing water in the shower. But I had no other hotel choices in the area so I stayed the night (the on hotel in the town). In the middle of the night and the breaking point was the smoke detector started to chirp. If I ever have to come back here for business I will be staying somewhere else.

    I'm not sure how this specific hotel has a 3.9 star rating. The gym and fitness center is nice and the pool and hot tub are ok. I would scroll down in the reviews and read. I would echo what the gentleman ( business owner) said in his negative review with added negative concerns and comments. The rooms are not all that they may seem to be. On the surface when you walk in they look OK... and I do check. I check locks cleanliness ect. But you don't see everything at first glance. I went for a day getaway as I have a pending surgery for my shoulder. As first it seemed OK. At about 11pm I noticed bugs crawling on the end table and my bible. I would have slept in my car but with my injury this was not possible. No manager on duty quite often. I just wanted to go to sleep and wake up and shower and go home. Upon waking up at 4am as I do each day. I read, reflected and meditated and then wanted to shower and get outta there. Oh no wait...a big rusty nasty spot and hole in the tub. Time to go.. NOW! I went to check out, no manger. I asked some young man to leave a note as I wanted fully compensated. He said call back in a few hours, they're would be a manager there then. I called and called. No answer. I then called customer service and voiced my complaints. She could not even get ahold of a manager. She said she would get back with me in a couple days for compensation ( thank you Chelsea in Arizona) as this was up to each properties discretion. WHAT???? I have stayed at some very nice Best Westerns before but this paticular one was and is an atrocious. I have pictures of a bug bite on my neck from when I came home and immediately showered. If I wanted to go camping I would have but as I said I have an upcoming major surgery. Compensation need come quickly please. Also, may be some shady folks, employees and activities going on here. If I were Best Western I would take a long hard look at this property. The only reason I have it any stars on my review are because I'm a fair & professional individual. Have a nice day!
