  Absolutely terrible time I wouldn't recommend spending money there. They had a spell with my uncles lifetime warranty axle and I called and placed a order for a master cylinder for my Dodge truck the girl on phone said she placed the order well guess what she lied cause when I got there,,no records of it ordered plus when I got there she couldn't spell my name after I told her how it's spelled. She acts like she just got the job 5 minutes before I walked in and should go back to elementary school spelling

  Arrived to store at 7:55 and they had already locked doors. There were two people standing at the registers made eye contact with me and still didn’t open the door. Called the store they didn’t answer. I had enough time to call another store in Lafayette and they were still answering the phone. I think it’s a shame that the two ladies that were at the Monticello store decided that they were above everybody else to leave early while other stores were still handling business. I chose to go here instead of O’Reillys even though it was further. But I will never choose that again. You just lost a customer. I will always go anywhere else now.

  Very friendly. Needed battery for keyfab. They were very helpful. Had the battery changed and on my in less then 10 minutes.
