  I will start off with saying the workers were nice but when I went to the veggie part of the line to get veggies on my sandwich I was told I would be charged extra if they put more than 6 olives on my sandwich. I have never been in a subway where I have been limited on the amount of veggies I can have and then told I would be charged extra. The workers stated it was due to new management. I was very displeased with not being able to have my sandwich made the way I would like it and will not be back to this location.

  This kid names Trystan I think was incredible rude with me and my son. He rushed us through our entire order said backhanded border line insultful things to us and even dropped my food and threw a fit that I didn’t want it after that and asked him to make me a new one.

  Apparently it's a big deal to cut an ingredient that takes seconds. Also, the place is usually empty and not that busy. Especially in middle of nowhere farm land. Give me a break. They have to make you the sandwich the way the customer prefers. Obviously to an extent of course. But this was a very very minor task. And the look I was given was humiliating. On top of a cold sandwich when they could have put it into the MerryChef for at least 5-10 seconds. Not that hard people.

  It may be a small thing, but over and over the Subway's in Mooresville, Indiana and about 5 miles away in Monrovia, Indiana for something I order and pay good money. The latest is the trip today to Monrovia, around 7p., where I ordered a meal.....and it is now the 3rd time out of 5 trips to either store where I have not been given what I paid for....and today is was cookies. Is it that difficult? My order is right there on the screen. I guess I can drive another 5 miles and go to Jimmy John's...which is better service and food anyway. As you can see I have had enough of their drive throughs....guess I'll have to start getting out of my car, going inside, stand in line to watch the person NOT put chips, or cookies, in my bag....or not give me the correct soda. HOW HARD IS ALL THIS? It's not hard at all.....for Jimmy John's.
