  Its crazy to me that the closing manager shuts the phones off and cant order through door dash or Wing Stop app. at night because THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED! EVERYNIGHT!!!! And then questions customers about placing orders for delivery at night. Well cant call or order from this location via app. Have to go to location, order and wait. Some of us dont have that long of a break. Hope the FRANCHISE OWNER KNOWS HE IS COSTING THEM MONEY!!!!!! You have a hospital and several nursing homes that would order from Grape location as well. THIS IS ONLY HAPPENING AT NIGHT!!!! Since this new manager started at least 2 months or so.

  If you are ordering using uber or door dash i would choose another location. They stood around talking didn't care about the customer getting their order in a timely manner. All around bad service!!!!

  I do not recommend eating here unless you like cold soggy food and rude customer service. I placed an order at 5:00 p.m. and it was scheduled for 5:30 for pickup I come in at 5:35 and I was told the food was not ready for Mason T. I proceeded a step back and let them help other customers while I waited for my food I sat there waiting for almost 25 minutes when another guy came in and asked for his order under the name of Mason D. The lady proceeded to say that she doesn't have an order that's ready for Mason D but she has a order for Mason T and that he would have to wait. I overheard that and I walked up and said that I was here for Mason T and I told her that when I first walked in she apologized and handed me my food and I walked out after standing there waiting for over 25 minutes for no reason I got to my car and my wife proceeded to tell me that everything was cold and soggy and that I should go in and ask at least get new french fries because if we microwave the french fries they will still be soggy but the chicken is another thing that's fine to get microwaved so I walk in and ask for a new fries where a guy walks around the back and proceeds to take the fries and throw them in the trash can aggressively and when I tried to explain the situation he just walked away and ignored me then another guy in the back was heard talking s*** and proceeds to complain about me asking for new fries where the entire restaurant to hear where everybody all of the 10 people waiting for their orders in the lobby could hear. This was the most embarrassing and worst experience I've ever had any restaurant I've ever been at I've had better experience at McDonald's do not eat here if you want to be mistreated and fed disgusting food.
