  Very loud inside. Observed management arguing with a customer over their online order not being what it should and was also in back arguing on the phone with someone louder than the music. As far as our order... We requested well done fries and they are undercooked & soggy. The serving size Also shrank. This place used to serve quality meals, but it has definitely declined.

  Chicken sandwich very rubbery was not cooked all the way through. I called up there to tell one of the employees and all she said was alright lol. When they guys are working my chicken sandwich never be undercooked

  Food was great. Service was awesome. Had some hiccups in getting our whole party's food but they quickly made it right. I suggest if taking a jacket or sweatshirt because it was cold inside! *note it was a super humid day so it was understandable*
