I ordered a foot long tuna got a 6 in and couldn't wait for them to redo it since I had to return back to work. Got to work and it was turkey. Drive thru isn't the way to go I'd suggest going inside.

Barely any meatballs on my meatball sub.
I ordered the same thing every time at any other subway I go to. They said it is store preference on what you can use on the app. If I order online, it would be free if I’m in store, it should be the same thing. This location always had problems with even the previous owners.

Get your act together and people won't leave so irritated. Don't burn food in the sandwich toaster. Don't try and ring a customer up twice. Have some communication. Be better!
Seriously what is the point of mobile ordering food to save yourself time when every, single, time the sub is literally squashed and squeezed along with literally 1/3 of the toppings a regular sub would get if you went in and ordered.
This happens at every single subway I go to and honestly it’s beyond me. You guys are absolutely insane to think this is okay. Subway sucks nobody should ever put themself through the struggle of getting subway. You will be disappointed and hungry
