  My husband went into the store to have them send off to fix my band on my smart watch. The manager gave me the information to have it sent out to be fixed. I paid extra for tracking with was received on the 9th of May. I called to get an update which I never did. So I went into the store which the manager told me she remembered us and didn’t understand what was taking so long that she would get with the store manager and find out what could be done. Which again nothing was done so I called fossil which is the company they sent to fix the watch. They said they lost my watch and would send a replacement from the catalog. I told them I didn’t like the watches they showed me. We kinda went back and forth until the sent me a cheaper watch. I don’t like it so I took it back to the store and asked if I could swap it out for something else since for one it was their fault they lost my watch and I didn’t like the replacement. She said she would ask her manager but it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back! I guess they don’t care about my missing watch
