  Mason helped me figure out my hotspot problems I was having and had me come in, staying to the last moments of his shift just to help me Great customer service definitely why I chose cricket wireless!! Darn near 8pm and still egar to help!!!

  Mason at Cricket on McKinley is very knowledgeable and helpful. He got the data off of my brother’s “TOTALLY DEAD” phone and was able to transfer it to a new phone, and also informed me about Cricket’s new “International Plans.” Great customer service.

  I stopped in today and the man working was so rude and needs to learn manners and customer service. I setting up new service anywhere but a place with poor service. I pay you that's why you have a job dude. Needs better training on working with customers.

  Customer service in the store is great. I can't remember his name now but he was helpful getting a new phone for my son all the way through. Came in Saturday afternoon 12/28
