  So, ive attached photos for reference. Sandwich #1 had no mayo. Sandwhich 2 had the italian herbs and cheese bread, and wasn't toasted. Sandwich 3 had plain white bread instead of herbs and cheese. Each sandwich appears, and tastes like undercooked bread. Steaks were cold and the cheese clearly not melted. New management or not, these issues shouldve been corrected since the last negative review 6 days ago. But for those who've read this and want sandwiches in middlebury, they just opened a jimmy John's across from the gas station near subway, which got a good review after ive eaten there a few times. If I ever do subway again, it'll be in shipshe. They're good and they have pizza. ***Update: following the response from subway, id like to offer the following rebuttals. I am not with anyone or business i mentioned, but i am merely giving advice for others that may have a similar concern. The steak itself was not heated. There was zero mayo as I checked the whole sandwhich. My apologies for not sharing more detailed photos. I have, in the past left a Five star review here because this place was, at one time, amazing from service to table. If you had just simply apologized and asked for me to update this after a follow up visit, I would have gladly amended my rating. But, I will say that this was my first mobile order with you, so maybe thats where the problem lies. Maybe going in is the better option. Also, since your asking people to ignore this, I would say if you find this helpful or have had similar experiences, feel free to leave something(liking this post or creating one of your own). If there are enough people with concerns, maybe actions would be taken instead of trying to justify mistakes.

  I truly wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. However, after going there on two separate occasions, it seems clear there is a serious management and training issue. The wait times are excessive, and customers are not given honest or accurate estimates. On top of that, orders are incorrect, yet you are still charged for items you either didn’t receive or that were made wrong. I won’t even get into the first visit, where multiple items were missing and several parts of the order were completely incorrect. Unfortunately, after a second experience with the same problems, it no longer feels like an isolated mistake but a consistent issue with how this location is being run. If you’re headed to Elkhart hold out till Gallops or the one in Dunlap both will make your food just as you describe! Also they will make sure to make you feel welcomed :)

  Only Subway I found that will still chop your salad! Staff is so nice and accommodating.
