    TLDR---- the manager is ill tempered and loses her cool a lot as you can see in other reviews. Very extreme. I don't ever have bad experiences at restaurants and NEVER get into confrontations. It took me over a month to write this review--- genuinely. The manager (I think) was really nasty with me the last time I went. I placed an online order to eat before my doctor's appointment like I had done before. When I arrived and I stated my name the manager and her coworker let me know that unfortunately the order didn't come through. I made a genuine face of confusion because I was confused just as to what I had done wrong when I made the online order. Keyword here is I. Placing the blame on myself because I knew that unfortunately , I probably did something I was unaware of. I stated "okay I'll go double check but I think I placed it here." Simply because I wanted to see what I did wrong. Immediately the manager blew up on me and began to scream at me saying "WELL IT'S NOT HERE I DON'T HAVE IT" mind you that wasn't the issue to begin with. She proceeded to raise her voice at me more and get ugly with me and I tried to explain I was only just confused and meant no harm. She yelled at me and lectured me about having an attitude. Mind you her coworker was VERY confused over how this all started as well. She did a good job at attempting to deescalte and remained very kind to me while her manager was ugly for seemingly no reason. I checked my phone in the car and realized my mistake- pick up was set for an hour ahead somehow. When I came back in the store to kindly explore what happen I was screamed at again and the. Coworker genuinely wanted to help me and asked her to calm down so she could speak to me. I appreciated this. I was a little over 20 weeks pregnant at the time. She kindly offered to make my sandwich anyways for my troubles since she saw my online receipt and mentioned she would just trash the ticket when it came through later. I was very happy to have what I paid for and extremely grateful for the coworker's kindness and poise in this awkward situation. As soon as I left the store I erupted in tears. I have never cried after a restaurant experience. Never in my life. I attempted to complain but was so put off by the situation that when I was reached back out to I simply gave up.

    Myself and my daughter went to get dinner she ordered a spicy Italian I ordered a salad. First when I asked them to cut the tomatoes and cheese in the tossed salad they said they didn’t do that anymore and the lady working ripped the cheese with her hands while wearing the gloves. She seemed irritated that I was asking for the tomatoes to be cut but she did finally do it even though she tore the cheese. Obviously she did not put the cap on totally as when we left and got in the car the salad fell out spilling all over the floor. When I brought the salad back in with a picture of what happened “mark” the manager said he was not replacing it as it wasn’t there mistake with the food so I would have to pay for another salad in full. I did pay for this salad as a reminder that I will never come back to this subway. You can tell they did not want to be here and the energy was definitely off. Now I can see why there was no wait time.
