  I placed an online order for my local Subway. I confirmed it online and received the confirmation transaction from my bank. But due to the power outage in my area I couldn't reach the store to confirm they received it. I called the Michigan City location on hwy 20 and spoke with Destiny she said come on in and I'll make it. When I arrived Destiny was welcoming me with a smile even before I spoke of the situation. Destiny said she'll be happy to make it for me. My sandwich was made with care, clean and almost to pretty to eat!! I got my chips and bottle of pop. I just wanted to make sure she gets recognition as an A+ employee!! She is an asset to the food industry in Michigan city Indiana and a great representation of Subway. Destiny is authentic and provides a service plus in customer service!! THANK YOU!!

  9am July 30th. Bathroom key asked for as she was putting turkey on my sandwich. She stopped and handed the young lady a key to the bathroom. A big spoon key attached. She then came back to my turkey and proceeded. Not removing to pick up spoon or to put new glove on. If I had not been on way fishing. Errr. Just discussing. She seemed to have a additude. Huffing a bit.

  The staff at this location on Hwy 20 in Michigan City is fantastic. I love the healthy option of protein pockets, the new face-lift to the building is very sharp and clean looking.
