  Very small front office two people can comfortably fit in there. They did not have a box to ship my picture frame. They directed me to go somewhere else.

  Awful/ driver didn’t even try to deliver this package/ paid a premium for shipping fast and they don’t care. Spoke with people in India and the Philippines….apparently impossible to talk to a person locally. I’ll never use FedEx again.

  If you stranded by there business do not ask them there for help. The main boss (⅛☆) will berate you for needing to charge your 12 volt battery (not an EV vehicle) after someone kind says it's ok and even found a plug to use. I only needed 20 minutes of charge to get my vehicle where it can get fixed and off their property. Then they call to have it towed in less than 2 hours as I'm getting the battery charge elsewhere. Luckily I got back and put the battery in just as the Towtruck shows up. Typical suit type personality, I'm sure karma will find them sometime. Karma always gets the job done with or without help. Just a little common curiosity instead of the《I'm the Big Boss of the land mentality》would have been gotten them 5 stars. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ to the lady that help me a first and I'm sorry you got in trouble for helping me. That wasn't my intention. I thought a bigger company would have been more helpful than how they performed. At least a business up the road was kind and helpful. I'll stick to the real professionals USPS or even DHL instead. As for the delivery company as a business there seems to be a lot of mixed reviews about damaged delivery and missing packages due to porch pirates stealing them. Use FedEx I'm sure your package will get to it's destination no problem.
