  EVERYONE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY. WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF A TORNADO DEVASTATION IN INDIANA, AND THE STAFF WAS SO PATIENT WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS! THEY WERE SO VERY BUSY, BUT THEIR ATTITUDES REMAINED COURTEOUS & CALM! MY 1ST VISIT MADE ME COME BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY, AND THE STAFF WAS STILL AMAZING!

  Mexican guy cussed me out because I asked for some water and acted like he wanted to fight me lol all over some water never knew wing stop won’t give free cup of water any other fast food place does I’ll never spend another dollar with this company

  Everything has so much seasoning and spice it was almost inedible. The only saving grace was the wings had a good crisp. Service was absolutely awful. I wouldn't even give one star. Literally was supposed to take a max of 23 minutes for my food, waited 45. Ridiculous that it's a longer wait than an actual sit down restaurant. No apology for the delay or wait and no thank you for waiting. Will not go back.
