  I came here April 22, 2026. They took so long with my food and my wings wasn’t done and I got sick and I was in Transportation Ride and I kept asking them how long there was six people came in there after me and they got their food fast and they still took a long time with my food never again and I got sick

  Ordered traditional wings. Wings were not really sauced, flavor was not there and just trashed them. This location needs to do better

  Waited over 30 minutes for my order at Wingstop in Merrillville, which is already ridiculous for fast food. What’s worse is they straight up gave my order to a DoorDash driver while I was standing there waiting. When I asked, they casually said they had to “drop the chicken again” because of their mistake. I paid for a full combo and ended up leaving with just fries and a drink. The manager, Vijay, didn’t handle it properly and only gave a partial refund, which makes no sense when the mistake was completely on them. This was a complete waste of my time and money. Terrible service, zero accountability, and no respect for customers who are actually standing in front of them. Avoid this place unless you’re okay with getting ignored while your food goes to someone else.

  No ice I ordered garlic/Parmesan wings. The wings tasted like Parmesan & old oil. The fries were cold Food is too expensive & you should receive better quality of food.
