  I had an excellent experience at this FedEx location thanks to Izzy and Kermit. I had a very large and heavy package that I needed to ship, and they immediately offered to help. They brought a dolly out to my car, loaded the package, and took it inside for me without hesitation. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Their kindness made what could have been a very difficult task so much easier. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Izzy and Kermit, for your outstanding help. I truly appreciate it!

  Tatiana has a rude attitude. Didn’t even let me get my question out on how to make a specific copy before rush out what I need to do. Her first suggestion wasn’t even right. Maybe let customers finish a sentence before rushing them into something.

  Always helpful and kind staff. I am was bulk shipping computers back to my corporate office. 3 staff members helped with packaging and getting creative to get the best price.

  I've been going to this FedEx for years now. There's a gentleman named Kermit that is awesome. That's all I can say.
