  I don’t expect much from Subway, especially on a roadtrip. But, Ashton was friendly and efficient!

  I was genuinely shocked by this experience. Charging the same price as a fountain drink for a cup of tap water feels incredibly greedy and out of touch. Water is a basic necessity, and treating someone who simply wants a cup of water the same as someone buying a soft drink sends a terrible message about your priorities. I understand businesses have costs, but this policy feels like profit over basic customer service. It’s disappointing to see a company nickel-and-dime customers over something so fundamental. There are plenty of restaurants that provide a complimentary water cup without making customers feel taken advantage of. This experience left such a bad impression that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I would much rather spend $10 on a sandwich that is 10 times the quality with a company that provides free tapwater
