  Beth & Cassie were fabulous. Beth showed me how I would save money moving both my lines into cricket which I will do around July 18 before visible renewal date. My only hesitation is eSIM swap on visible takes 10 mins, and cricket might slower. Cricket is the best customer service by far when compared to Visible (my current carrier), Boost, MetroPCS. Finally, I'm looking for part time work so will likely apply too. Overall a positive visit ☺️

  No issues with new phone or carrier. Went in to pay bill cause my bank kept declining the charge cause well we just switched from Verizon to cricket so bank thinks me paying online is fraud.

  The manager there treats his employees like they are garbage in my opinion. I've owned multiple businesses and while they weren't a huge Enterprise I know how to treat employees and that's not it. Especially getting on them in front of customers like that multiple times. I forget his name at the moment but the young man that helped me and my woman was very professional! And you what you was doing and he answered all of your questions but like I said the manager was very rude and I don't know why. Other than that great place to go and so far I don't have too many complaints with their service
