  Returning items are relatively simple there at the UPS store in Lowell Indiana. The only problem I had is they packed up my item but didn't tell me they were gonna charge me over five dollars for the box until they put the label on it. If I would've known that, I had a box at home and could've saved me a couple bucks. She said just remember that if this label looks like this and this is this and that then you gotta pay for the box. What?! she smiled and she took my payment. I don't think it was good customer service thank you. Have a great day.

  My 84 year old mother uses the Lowell branch for her Sunday School lesson copying. Everyone is great to her there. Yesterday Josh went even beyond that, he was so patient and helped my mother get what she needed done . He was so kind listening to what she needed and talking slowly so she could understand him because of some hearing issues she's having right now. Just wanted to give a big shout out to Josh and the whole staff at the Lowell branch , they are a great representation of what a small community looks like. Keep up the great work, this is the kind of people and businesses we need in Lowell.

  Quickest return of my life. I was probably in the store for less than 30 seconds. Super friendly and helpful.
