  Prices have gotten crazy when that $5 footlong is all the way up to $12 now, but most fast food has gotten that expansive. However, great customer service can help ease the wallet pain but not the case tonight. I just wanted wanted to try the Chicken Baja protein pouch but didn't want the jalapeños to cause some stomach issues so I asked to have banna peppers instead. I received a very sparky response that they are only allowed to remove toppings but not allowed to add anything. I understand their costs have gone way up but now they have a perceived value problem. But don't try to add a value item to bring people in and then make poor customer service choices. The Subway brand takes another hit when you can't just switch one ingredient for another anot have a snarky attitude about it. There are many options for a sandwich and I guess Subway "policy" helps choose elsewhere. And yes the picture is a ham and cheese because I didn't get anything, just my daughters.

  Well this is one of those stores that claims close at 9:00 but they really don't want to pay their employees till 9:15 or 9:20 to close the store so they stopped taking their online orders at 8:30 but they'll take your money and when you go in there to see if you have your order they're already closing for the night at 8:45 I don't trust stores that don't give their employees time to close while they're not open this leads to shortcuts when I ask the girl why they took my money but didn't take my order she shrugged and said I don't know sir

  Toxic place. I tried to use a coupon through the app and scan within the restaurant and they would not accept coupons. I have tried bringing coupons that are mailed to my house and they will out right refuse them. When I ask them they say its policy. My sandwich I just order wasn't toasted and such and the cheese isn't even melted really warm within the sandwich. Never going to a subway again and going to Jimmy John's. Plus Jimmy John's staff is more friendly.
