  First time in, ordered a BMT wrap. Took a bite and found a long, bright red hair. The lady adding the toppings was the culprit. $15 in the trash, so disgusting .

  My mom had the Swiss cheese meal It was horrible and they no longer serve just regular french 🍟. We r burned out at arbys and after moms sandwich was the way it was. We won't b going 🔙 4 awhile

  Never received our food took us 20 minutes to get refund then it was short $3.00 worse experience ever 1 employee very rude to us should not be working there at all
