    This was the worst subway I ever been to, this place had no mustard, rotten lettuce, rude to us, drink machine not working. It was the Indian lady

    Hello my name is Conner and just a small concern with subway worker today. She was speaking very slow and when I walked in she was scrubbing her hand kinda violently. Another thing is as I am typing this I have been waiting for her to finish 2 6 in subs nearly 15 mins to do 5-5-26. Hope she has a better day. What also is concerning is had to repeat what I had after she made it so she can ring it up.now I am very pissed. It’s 3:05 pm and I just got home and went to eat. And food was cold. SOMEONE go test that woman something is not right my food should not be cold. Very very frustrating 22 dollars for cold food. Unacceptable.she had no name tag or id name her.

    Came here with my bestie on a lunch date I don’t know if the indian lady understood what mold is but we told her there was mold on the cucumbers she grabbed the cucumber and mixed it up in the tray like nothing happened at first I thought it was ice chunks but when we took pictures it was fuzzy I asked her nicely to give me new cucumbers and she was just kind of laughing I didn’t want to make a big deal she had already heated up our sandwiches so I thought I’d just call to speak to a manager I bought 3 subs and none of us felt comfortable eating them due to us now thinking if their was moldy veggies it was one of my worst days bc I couldn’t complain to anyone but this is disappointing everyone no matter what language should know what mold is ! And immediately discard it not leave the tray with the rest of the food ! I really hope no one ate that nasty food it was also really expensive not to eat it ! I just hope at this point I could get a refund also the subway website robot Sammy never got back to me for refund so this whole thing sucked and I don’t even want to eat at subway anymore smh !

    If I could leave this store no star I would, very rude Indian lady. Beside not toasting my bread giving me cold chicken and sandwiches when they were all toasted. Argued it was because it was cold outside that’s why they were cold. She wanted to warm the sandwiches up when they were already bitten (super unsanitary ) told her that I didn’t want that because veggies were gonna be hot. Just to give me a refund. She then told me that she could give hot chicken on side for me to put on sandwiches. I told her to give me refund she rolled her eyes started screaming to keep the sandwiches and gave me my money. I threw the sandwiches in front of her in the trash can, I told her no one wanted free food. I just wanted my money back this point. She then started hitting the counter and when I asked for my receipt of the refund she said just to keep the one I already have. I come here all the time never had a problem with the other lady very disappointed and very poor customer service on her behalf if she doesn’t wanna work why be there. I’m not gonna throw my money away because she doesn’t wanna work right. And I feel bad for whoever owns this subway you will lose money and customers for having employees like her.

    Prices were not accurate on the board which caused me to pay more than expected. The lady at the front didn’t understand basic math when I explained the issue and offered me her cash tip money after I argued for about 3 minutes trying to explain to her that $11+tax does not equal $16 (I did not take her tip money). Food was subpar.
