  When your eligible for an upgrade don't waste your time on the overpriced upgrade price. New customers get a good deal but after that loyal customers don't get no love or price break at all it's better to just bounce to another service provider to get the new customer deal. It's also pointless to have insurance because you end up paying what would add up to more then your phone is worth and then find out you just have to pay a deductible anyways so what's the point really? Cricket used to be so much better 6 years ago. Your best bet is to buy a phone on marketplace otherwise your getting taxed for being a loyal and dedicated customer .
