  Without a fail, every recent order to this location has taking immensely longer than projected on the app. They don’t even have the order started 10 mins AFTER the projected time to pick up. Little to no people in the store. This has been the passed 3 times me and my fiancé have ordered from this location with the same outcome. This place is an absolutely dumpster fire as far as staffing and management. If this is a franchise the owners should be embarrassed.

  Ordered through the app and not ready when we arrived. Guy at the counter said he had to make more meatballs and it would be 20 min. Went back in 25 min and he said he couldn't find meatballs and offered nothing in return. My husband had to demand he call a manager so we could get a refund!
