  I ordered the 6-inch BMT on Italian herbs and cheese and my buddy ordered the turkey same bread. The bread seemed like wasn't fully cooked all the way. Their was hardly any meat on both of them let alone my buddies we literally had to try and find the turkey slices. Will not be going to this location again.

  No one was at the counter for several minutes after we walked in. Meatball sub was cold.

  Very poor customer service and the older-white woman working during the day on 3/19 was rude and unsanitary when making the sandwich. Note, I have no prior history with this person, and was thanked for waiting and for patience by the other worker before this incident. She came in, did not wash her hands after handling garbage. She used the gloves as a cleaning tool to wipe down and wipe off boards, and pick at old food and grime on bottles, and garbage sitting around for multiple items and then went to make my sandwich. After asking her to change gloves, she stared at me, and said "I'm not doing this"! She then walked off to the back and mumbled an insult as she left. I asked what she said and she claimed I was being rude. I told her using dirty gloves was rude as was walking off and insulting a customer for a basic hygenic request. She just walked away. This person does not belong around people if she can be this tempermental this quickly. I know we all have bad days, but the quickness of her attitude and unprofessional behavior paired with the intensity is too exteme, particularly when the other girl working there said she didn't see anything wrong with me asking her to change gloves. Another customer behind me left without ordering and I canceled my order. I Will not eat at a place that permits customers to be treated this way and handles food in an unclean manner. Very nasty-not just her attitude.

  Added marinara sauce to my sandwich even when I specifically said in the notes to not include it. Great reading comprehension, guys 👍
