  Tbh I do not know why this place has this poor ratings, Kristen was very helpful and nice, fast process, didn’t waste my time and gave me options.

  I have had a lot of orders shipped throughout my life & never have I ever had an issue with fedex. It’s usually my preferred company as ups has tended to damage my packages however about 20 mins ago I got a packaged delivered that was already opened. The company my package is from has their own personalized tape with the company name on it & it seems that someone tried to re-tape the package with clear tape after opening it. One of the boxes from my items is also torn showing that someone tried to look inside more than likely to see if my car part would fit their car & then stole a piece from my package that I will need to fix my car so I’ll now have to go out & buy it at the store again when I already spent money purchasing everything as a set. To say i’m disappointed & extremely irritated by this is an understatement.

  The manager at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional when speaking to customers. I did not get her name but if you do unfortunately have to use this location it won’t be hard to tell which one it is. Avoid this location or go to the post office!
