  Totally got a new phone because of identity theft, 2 days later my new phone and service is hacked. Absolutely devastating, they wanted me to repay the service even tho I paid for 2 months upfront and set up autopay. Go to T-mobile and save yourself the headache

  DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SCAMMED! They uncharged me a lot more money but the other store which I’ll get his name and leave an ALL STAR review literally has been so much more help! Will never go to these skimmers again! Same system too by the way..

  Marlene was so sweet, kind, and helpful!!!! I had been to the other cricket store in town and did not have a good experience at all! So nice to know there is a good Cricket store in town with great customer service!
