  Searched online for a new starter. Advance advertised a $80 refurbished unit. Went to store and surprise surprise that item wasn't even in their system. Cheapest one they had was $240+. Beyond tired of businesses advertising low prices then not having what is promised after you drive half an hour to get to their store.

  Marcos went above and beyond for me today! He replaced my whole plugin for my headlight! Saved me a trip and payment at a shop!!! Will definitely come back to this location!

  My experience at this Advanced Auto Parts location was incredibly disappointing—professionalism seemed lacking, and it felt like personal matters were affecting the workplace, particularly with the manger. On the other hand, Christian at the Teal Road location was outstanding—professional and genuinely helpful. It’s a shame the experience can be so different depending on the location, but he deserves recognition for excellent service.

  Solid service everytime I go in, Kim and Jody are always on top of making sure I get what I need the first time unlike that... get in the zone place... haha. Its nice to see a parts store around the lafayette area with staff that is knowledgeable about auto parts! 5 star service guys!
