  Bhavesh at the Kokomo UPS store printed my organization's annual report today. They've never looked so good! So vibrant and crisp with good quality paper and binding. And kudos to such a friendly crew at the store accommodating customers needs with cheerfulness and the extra mile! Thank you UPS!

  I am elderly and order a lot from Amazon. This is my go to return store. If the box is too large or heavy for me my neighbor will load it in my car and when I go into the UPS store, they will come out and get it for me. I couldn’t get by without them.

  We are very unhappy with this store!!…and we won’t use it ever again! We just received an email from Amazon saying a return that we’d sent in December has still never been received by them!! We’d sent 3 items back in the same box they came in, so we know all three were in that box when we left it at the store! As per the email, The other two items were received by Amazon. The tv Sound Bar never got returned, therefore we don’t get reimbursed! Interestingly enough!!….a very disgruntled man was in line ahead of us and he was having a conversation with the staff about the same issue!! Not good business!!
