  With a line of customers in front of them waiting, they're doing their stuff which could easily wait, instead of showing disrespect to their customers. After 5 minutes of waiting - decided to go to McDonald's.

  During my visit at subway today I saw nothing but chaos and unprofessionalism from the team lead camey, Madalyn seemed to not care about what was going on around her or if people heard her and camey complaining about customers that asked for too many items on their sandwiches. I saw camey treat a couple of customers rudely tha clearly had a language barrier. One good note is that Patrick continued to try and help keep camey moving and doing things correctly but unfortunately could not get through to her. From the customer perspective it seemed he should be the team lead not her and things may run more efficiently.

  On 9-19-19 at 8am I was getting a wrap and one of your employees was putting cookies into your plastic containers instead of opening with her hands she is blowing in them to get apart. VERY UNSANITARY! Told her it was very UNSANITARY and she did stop but how many did she do b4 was told this? Must have been 15 packed already. Might need a safe serve class for your employees.
