  Was there on a Friday with my kiddo to replace a cracked phone. We were vacationing from Texas. Jaden wA there and was absolutely great! He made sure we knew about comparable phones He made suggestions and helped us pick the best one for our budget. My son Tristan got a great phone, a case, and protective glass. Jaden also made sure all data and contacts transferred before we left and made some suggestions for future shopping trips. Was easily the smoothest cricket visit we've had since becoming customers. Even though the data transfer part took forever, he never made us feel in the way or forgotten. He stayed engaged and interactive. It was really great! Usually I get bored but Jaden made sure we laughed. So important these days and you don't usually find such helpful people in his age group Thanks Jayden!!

  We came into the store to possibly look into switching over to cricket but as soon as we walked in the store no one was at the front heard ppl in the back talking and laughing but no one came out to greet us or see what we needed to after bout 5mins with no human around we walked out!! You just lost a possible customer!! I’m sure they do this all the time since no one even attempted to come out of the back room!! Management needs to fire some ppl evidently
