  We came into the store to possibly look into switching over to cricket but as soon as we walked in the store no one was at the front heard ppl in the back talking and laughing but no one came out to greet us or see what we needed to after bout 5mins with no human around we walked out!! You just lost a possible customer!! I’m sure they do this all the time since no one even attempted to come out of the back room!! Management needs to fire some ppl evidently

  ​I am beyond disappointed with the service at this Cricket Wireless location. While the service provider itself is usually fine, the management at this specific store is completely unprofessional. ​I had the misfortune of dealing with a manager named Lee, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. She was incredibly rude and impatient from the moment I started speaking. Instead of trying to help or answer my questions, she acted like I was a burden and tried to rush me out the door. ​As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect, but Lee was condescending and clearly didn't have the patience to handle her responsibilities. It’s a shame because a manager is supposed to set the standard for the store, but her attitude is driving people away. ​Save yourself the headache and go to a different location where the manager actually values your time and business. I won't be coming back to this store as long as she is running it.

  Cricket is a joke! I switched i switched here from boost thinking, you know, maybe I get better service. We'll continue into the weekend. Was I ever wrong?Cricket is worse than boost. Started out good till I upgraded my phone last year.I got the liquid glass.Do not put this on your phone.It is a gimmick!!!! The chick manager didn't say that you have to register your phone within thirty days.If you get this product on your phone, if you don't your phone is a piece of junk.After this, because it cracks your screen, then.If you have the insurance, you still have to pay $75 To get it replaced. If you're thinking about using cricket, do not walk away!!!!
